We want you to love your jewelry. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items.

Returns:

  For hygiene and safety reasons, worn jewelry cannot be returned
  

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive jewelry that is broken, defective, or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund once the problem is verified.

Our goal is to make sure every AXTRIG piece arrives in perfect condition and meets our quality standards.

If your piercing shows signs of irritation or infection—such as redness, swelling, warmth, pain, or discharge—do not remove the jewelry, as this can trap bacteria inside the piercing. Clean the area gently 2–3 times daily with sterile saline solution and avoid touching or twisting the jewelry with unwashed hands.

If symptoms do not improve, worsen, or include severe pain, fever, or spreading redness, we strongly recommend visiting a licensed piercer or a medical professional for proper evaluation and treatment.
