Returns:

Damaged or Defective Items:

Our goal is to make sure every AXTRIG piece arrives in perfect condition and meets our quality standards.

If your piercing shows signs of irritation or infection—such as redness, swelling, warmth, pain, or discharge—do not remove the jewelry, as this can trap bacteria inside the piercing. Clean the area gently 2–3 times daily with sterile saline solution and avoid touching or twisting the jewelry with unwashed hands.

If symptoms do not improve, worsen, or include severe pain, fever, or spreading redness, we strongly recommend visiting a licensed piercer or a medical professional for proper evaluation and treatment.
